  1. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using this website. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, which take effect on the date that you first use the site. If you do not agree to these Terms (note in particular the disclaimers at Terms 6 and 7) please do not use this site.
  2. This website is owned and operated by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals ("RSPCA", "We", "Us" or "Our"). We are a charity registered in England and Wales, registered number 219099, and have our registered office at Wilberforce Way, Southwater, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 9RS
  3. The aim of this website is to highlight issues that are expected to be the subject of legislation within the UK, and the highlight those issues in the run up to the General election. It shall, at all times, be, and be seen as, independent of Party Politics. The website is only aimed at people living in England and Wales.
  4. The RSPCA reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms on a regular basis for changes. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted will mean you accept the Terms as modified by the posted changes.
  5. Before accessing this site you should obtain permission to do so from the telephone bill payer. Please note that information sent by e-mail is at your own risk as unfortunately security cannot be guaranteed.
  6. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of anyone else, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of this site.
  7. All comments made on the message board section of the issues pages will be moderated before publication by the RSPCA, and no comment will be published until it has been approved by the RSPCA. The RSPCA reserves the right at all times, whether or not you are in breach of these Terms, to:

    - edit, refuse to post or remove any material in whole, or in part, and/or
    - to suspend your access to the Website;
    - without further notice to you and RSPCA's decision in these matters shall be final.

    Please be considerate of other users of the Website, allowing them to express their views and to post material with which you may not necessarily agree.

    Please remember that this is a public forum and therefore the views expressed are not necessarily those of the RSPCA. We would advise you to exercise particular caution in following any advice of a veterinary nature which is posted on the site.

All claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. However, the RSPCA shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive and other relief in respect of the infringement of intellectual property rights.
